Handcrafted 100% Japanese wagyu beef patty for the ultimate burger experience. Made with 30-day dry aged and fresh Japanese A5 wagyu for optimal richness, juiciness and beefy flavor with a slight dry aged funk. No fillers or preservatives.

Cooking tips: Store frozen till ready to cook. Remove from freezer about 10 mins before cooking. Season with sale and pepper, and cook on a searing hot pan till medium-rare or medium.
