Iberico Salcichon (200g)
Cured sausage product made with lean Ibérico pork (20%-25%), garlic, salt, black or white pepper, coriander, nutmeg, oregano, and other spices.
It undergoes a curing process of at least three months. It is cylindrical in shape with a rough outer appearance, and with the casing closely attached to the meat. A covering of mold can be seen on the outside which is a result of its curing period.
