Smoked Gourmet Bacon (500g)

Pork slices from the loin, which is less fatty compared to the normal bacon, and has more meat to fat ratio. All our bacon are dry-cured with no water added to give a better more flavoursome bacon. Our Smoked British-style back bacon is made using the loin and cured with a natural dark sugar before cold smoking over beechwood.
