1. How can I sign up for a membership plan?
Membership plans can be purchased here. Before adding any other items to your cart, purchase either the Carnivore ($100) or Meatatarian ($300) plan. The bonus credit of $500 or $2000 will be credited into your East Side Butchers account automatically. Once this is done, you can start purchasing any other products.
2. How can I use my bonus credit to offset my purchases?
To use your bonus credit to offset 20% of your order, click on the “APPLY DISCOUNT” button on the checkout page. The offset amount will be automatically calculated. Free delivery for purchases above $150, a delivery fee of $12 will apply for purchases below $150.
3. What products can I use my bonus credit on?
The bonus credit can be used storewide.
From 1 October 2022, the 20% credit offset will only be applicable to regular-priced products and excludes sales and promotional items.
4. How long will my bonus credit be valid for?
Your bonus credits will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue/purchase after which they automatically expire.
5. How can I check how much remaining bonus credit I have?
Log into your East Side Butchers account, you can view it in your profile.
6. Is unused bonus credit refundable or transferable?
Unused bonus credit is not refundable or transferable to any other account or convertible to cash.
7. What if I have used up all my bonus credit? How can I top up?
Bonus credit can be purchased on Eastsidebutchers.com for a limited time.
8. When will I receive my free gift (5 Wagyu burger patties or 2 x 350g MB4/5 Australian Wagyu steaks)?
When checking out, select your preferred delivery date. The gift will be delivered to the address indicated in the account.
9. How does East Side Butchers work?
East Side Butchers is a fully online butchery which delivers directly to customers. After your order is placed, your items will be cut and vacuum packed individually close to the delivery date. On the day of delivery, we will carefully assemble your order in sturdy boxes to be delivered directly to you.
