Made from only the seeds of the dried, ripe fruits (peppercorns) with the skins removed, white pepper is more subtle than black pepper and imparts a gentler piquant character to dishes. Works particularly well with fish, shellfish, white meats, and soups.

Nestled in the green hills of the backcountry, heir to a long tradition, La Ferme de Chamkar Damnak takes deep roots in Kep-Kampot‘s ancient history. In the heart of the PGI (Protected Geographical Indication), the pepper plants are grown using Traditional Organic Agriculture methods and peppercorns are picked and sorted by hand by villagers from the local community.
